Above is the map covering our Walden Prospect in North Western Colorado.  We have leased 1,392.61 gross acres / 1,232.79 net acres.  The lease terms are for five years with an option to extend for three years. 

Geologically the lease play offers you a stacked pay opportunity, with the Tmax ranging in the 440 range and potential for Niobrara, Sussex, Shannon, and Frontier production.  Recent wells drilled in the area IPed at 800 - 1,800 BOPD (attached PLS report).  Our geologist's, Goolsby, Finley and Associates have 40 years of Rockies experience and are available to discuss the technical merits of the play. Gondola Resources commenced a seven well horizontal drilling program in July 15, 2023, in 6N-80W Section 4, two miles west of TCPs prospect.
