Summary

We just leased 12,936.47 net/gross fee acres in Johnson County, Wyoming in the eastern Powder River Basin. Five-year term with a three-year option that carries the lease to 5-22-2034. We will deliver an 81% NRI.

Targets are the Niobrara and Mowry, with Sussex and Shannon above. Both the Niobrara and Mowry log over 10 ohms across the block. Two EOG wells offset our acreage: the Dyno 0211-05H (Niobrara) has produced 279 MBO and 265 MMCF since March 2023, and the Vega 2932-15H (Mowry) has produced 275 MBO and 1.3 BCF since November 2021. Anschutz, Continental and EOG are all permitting and drilling in the area, and there are permits on our leases.
